Wanta Gems & Lapidary LLC operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology that enables us to offer the Services.
These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (collectively, these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using the Services.

However, gemstone color, brilliance, transparency, inclusions, texture, scale, and overall appearance may vary depending on lighting conditions, photography, screen settings, magnification, and viewing conditions.
Natural gemstones may contain inclusions, color variations, surface characteristics, internal features, or other characteristics resulting from natural formation. Such characteristics are not necessarily defects.
Gemstone species, variety, origin, treatment, weight, dimensions, cut, grading, and other characteristics will be represented according to the information reasonably available to us.
Where independent laboratory documentation accompanies a gemstone, such documentation will be identified separately.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, descriptions, photographs, measurements, opinions, or other information supplied by Wanta Gems & Lapidary LLC should not be interpreted as an independent laboratory report, certification, appraisal, or guarantee of geographic origin.
Product descriptions, availability, specifications, and quantities may be updated when reasonably necessary. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities as permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products or services.
Wanta Gems & Lapidary LLC reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order as permitted by applicable law.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed acceptance or begun fulfillment.

If we cancel, decline, or materially modify an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information supplied with the order.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise agreed by Wanta Gems & Lapidary LLC, purchases through our standard retail checkout are intended for the purchasing customer.
Wholesale, commercial resale, gemstone sourcing, export, business-to-business transactions, consignment, or other specialized commercial transactions may be subject to separate terms, pricing, documentation, verification, and approval.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
The price charged will generally be the price displayed when an order is placed, subject to correction of genuine errors where permitted by applicable law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or similar governmental charges.
You agree to provide accurate and complete purchasing, billing, payment, and account information.
You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted in connection with a purchase.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery dates and transit times displayed on our website or at checkout are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, security inspections, incorrect delivery information, holidays, natural events, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Because we sell gemstones, jewelry, and other potentially high-value merchandise, certain orders may be subject to additional security and fulfillment procedures.
Depending on the value, product, destination, and available carrier services, these measures may include tracking, appropriate shipping insurance or declared-value coverage, signature confirmation, identity or address verification, or other reasonable security measures.
High-value orders may require additional processing time.
International customers are responsible for complying with applicable customs requirements, duties, taxes, import restrictions, and other governmental charges imposed by their destination country unless expressly stated otherwise.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Loose gemstones and jewelry returned to us must satisfy the conditions stated in that policy.
Items that have been damaged, altered, set into or removed from jewelry, resized, engraved, recut, repolished, treated, or otherwise modified after delivery may not qualify for return, subject to applicable law.
Custom faceting, recutting, polishing, commissioned jewelry, personalized products, special orders, and other customized products or services may be final sale once work has been performed, except where applicable law provides otherwise or where Wanta Gems & Lapidary LLC has agreed otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
SECTION 7 — CUSTOM LAPIDARY AND CUSTOMER-OWNED MATERIALS
Customers seeking faceting, recutting, polishing, evaluation, jewelry work, or other services involving customer-owned gemstones or materials should contact us before sending valuable materials.
Customers should not ship high-value gemstones, jewelry, rough material, or other valuable property to Wanta Gems & Lapidary LLC without first receiving shipping instructions.
Custom projects may require separate estimates, timelines, specifications, deposits, approvals, shipping arrangements, or other project-specific terms.
Gemstones and natural materials may contain internal characteristics, inclusions, fractures, cleavage, treatments, structural weaknesses, or other conditions that can affect lapidary work.
Any material risks specific to a custom project may be addressed separately before work begins.
SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their content, including our trademarks, business names, logos, designs, photographs, graphics, videos, educational materials, written content, branding, artwork, and other original materials, are owned by Wanta Gems & Lapidary LLC or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use our website for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, republish, modify, copy, or commercially exploit protected materials from our Services without permission from the applicable rights holder.
Third-party trademarks, logos, photographs, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
